We’re Hiring: Head of Projects (Process Equipment Manufacturing)

Location: Noida, UP

Open to PAN India candidates willing to relocate

CTC: 80,000 – 1,00,000/month (Fixed & MAX) + Standard benefits

Are you someone who has actually delivered complex industrial equipment projects end-to-end — not just managed timelines on paper?

As our order book grows across India and international markets, we’re looking for a Head of Projects who can take full ownership of execution — from PO to commissioning — across multiple high-value projects.

What you’ll own:

- End-to-end delivery of custom-engineered equipment projects

- Full project P&L ownership (cost, margins, deviations)

- Managing 5–10+ concurrent projects across execution stages

- Leading cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, production, QA)

- Direct client interaction — reviews, escalations, change management
