Position Summary
:The Senior Project Manager serves as a leader in planning, organizing, and delivering complex enterprise-wide and large departmental information technology projects for Allegheny County. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle - from initial scoping and requirements definition through implementation, stabilization, and transition to operations - ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with County strategic goals. The Senior Project Manager works closely with executive sponsors, department leadership, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities, manage risks, resolve issues, and support organizational change.
