Senior Property Manageer
Well established facade restoration, waterproofing, roofing, masonry/ concrete contractor seeks the following
Scaffolding, rigging knowledge
90% of projects in Manhattan
Good standing with architects/ engineers and/or managers / supers
Understanding of plans, projects and scope execution
Will attend project meetings of high end coops/ condos
Understand when change orders apply
Follow AIA docs
Estimating notes
Walkthroughs
Project progress monitoring
Project planning
Material sourcing
Allowance quantity monitoring
6 years + experience
Continual follow up on open change orders/ proposals on their projects, follow up on inspections
