Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and resolution for mechanical issues, including ACMV and fire protection systems.
- Review and interpret specifications, drawings, and compliance documents; ensure technical alignment with project needs.
- Support tenders with technical write-ups, value engineering, and presentation materials.
- Mentor junior engineers and engage with clients and consultants to explore new project opportunities.
- Lead project planning, budgeting, manpower forecasting, and progress tracking using MS Project.
- Monitor project cash flow and P&L; attend coordination meetings to address operational and site challenges.
- Handle VO submissions, subcontractor claims, and ensure adherence to contract terms and safety standards.
