Senior Project Manager – Marketing Operations & Strategic Delivery
Contract: 1 year with potential to extend
Location: Toronto (hybrid, 2-3 days in office/week)
Hourly Pay Rates

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex marketing and business initiatives from planning through execution.
- Manage multiple cross-functional projects while balancing priorities, timelines, budgets, and risks.
- Build and improve scalable project management processes, governance frameworks, and operating procedures.
- Own project intake, prioritization, and work management to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Drive implementation and optimization of enterprise project management tools, including Adobe Workfront (preferred).
