Job Description
The Bachem Group plans a new site in Sisslerfeld in Northwestern Switzerland as part of its long‑term strategy to significantly expand production capacity. The new site will play a central role in supporting Bachem’s growth ambitions in peptide manufacturing.
To strengthen our Global Engineering organization, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will take full accountability for the successful delivery of large and complex CAPEX projects and build high‑performing project teams from early concept through to operational readiness.
Responsibilities
- Overall project responsibility: Take full accountability for large‑scale CAPEX projects (>100 MCHF) across all project phases – from feasibility and concept studies through execution, commissioning, qualification and handover to operations.
