Our Markham office is looking for a Senior Project Manager – Land Development to join our Community Development team. You will perform a variety of tasks including project management, business development, and growing a team of engineers, technicians, and other specialists. The Project Manager is expected to secure and/or be assigned projects that have complex features requiring mature knowledge and industry experience. This ideal candidate will be capable of leading all aspects of a project from the business development (pursuit stage) through conceptual design, detailed design, agency approvals, and implementation.
