We are hiring a Senior Project Manager based in our Dubai office to oversee complex construction projects across the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Manage self‑performed complex repair and restoration projects
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions with internal contract teams
• Develop and manage schedules in collaboration with field leadership
• Maintain profit & loss responsibility and other project financials, including projections
• Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and supervision to Project Managers, Field Managers, Project Engineers, and subcontractors
