Responsibilities

Organise, lead and motivate cost‐down project teams of 5‐10 persons Create clear and attainable project objectives based on the business case Facilitate teamwork and cross‐functional mindset with use of agile / scrum approaches Work with stretch targets, encourage and coach team members; manage time, cost and quality according to the business case Prepare and maintain project schedules with focus on timely completion of new product development Ensure that customer requirements are met and verified (deliveries in the project model) Plan and execute team meetings and workshops according to Danfoss guidelines Set goals and track/report progress Communicate with customers, management and...
