Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager leads, directs, and coordinates the daily management of assigned project(s) worth more than $30 million dollars.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership through implementation of the Bird Safety Program and monitoring of safety performance of project team and subcontractors.
• Plan, schedule, set objectives, and control activities during the construction phase of a project(s) in conjunction with the Project Superintendent and Project Team.
• Supervise and develop project team members through regular feedback, training and coaching; ensure timely completion of performance evaluations.
• Administer and manage prime contract and subcontracts; negotiate and award subcontracts for scopes of work and review and evaluate subcontractor performance.
