About the Role
Express Employment Guelph is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a leading roofing company. This role oversees projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Plan, organize, and coordinate roofing projects, including scheduling and team oversight.
- Lead project teams, assign responsibilities, and maintain clear communication.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and conduct site visits to ensure quality and safety.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, inspectors, and subcontractors.
Financial Management
- Prepare and review project budgets, quotes, and cost estimates.
- Manage change orders and monitor job costs.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotes, negotiate pricing, and ensure compliance.
