Senior Project Manager (Development)
Salary: Up to £79,000 per year plus 15% annual bonus and Private Healthcare.
Location: Aspect House, Blantyre.
Employment type: Permanent / Full Time.
Role
The Senior Project Manager sits within SP Transmission’s Strategic Projects Development team. In this role you will take the lead in work packages and interface with stakeholders to realise schedule and Capex budget for one of the largest reinforcement projects within SP Transmission’s licence area.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensuring safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to budget, quality, and timelines.
- Owning project governance – manage contracts, financial forecasting, and risk mitigation throughout the full lifecycle.
- Drive performance and efficiency by identifying and implementing innovation, value engineering, and best practices to outperform price control targets.
