SRPM This position is accountable for the overall planning and delivery of projects built under a variety of collaborative project delivery models, and to complete each project, safely, within time and budgetary constraints of our clients. Some of the Senior Project Manager responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
Leading projects through the design and preconstruction phase
Providing overall safety leadership to the project team and subcontractors
Planning, scheduling, and controlling activities of a project
Negotiating and managing prime contract and subcontract agreements
Managing project budgets and billings
Fostering a collaborative environment with clients, design consultants, subcontractors and project end users.
