Job Description
Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to handover.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, HSE standards, and company policies.
- Handle risk management, contract administration, and project documentation.
- Resolve technical and operational issues effectively.
- Supervise site teams and ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain strong client relationships and support business objectives.
