A leading national architecture studio is seeking a Senior Project Lead (Architect) to take ownership of a specialĀ multi-residential designĀ from DD to completion. This is a key role for an experienced Architect who thrives on collaboration, values design excellence and is confident leading a capable team.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead a complex multi-residential project from design development to construction
ā¢ Manage programme, resourcing and delivery strategy
ā¢ Coordinate consultants and drive positive project outcomes
ā¢ Liaise directly with clients and project partners
ā¢ Oversee Revit documentation
ā¢ Mentor and guide project team members
Skills & Experience
ā¢ BOAQ Registered Architect (preferable) or operating at a Senior Project Lead level
ā¢ Proven multi-residential project experience at scale
ā¢ Well developedĀ apartment spatial planning and technical resolution skills
