About this Position
As aSenior Project Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic investment projects across the European region, ensuring technical excellence, safety, and sustainability in every phase. You will be responsible for the technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects.
What you´ll do
- Lead and execute investment projects safely, on time, on budget, and in line with Henkel’s Project Management Framework
- Manage all technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects
- Drive all project phases, from feasibility and concept development to execution, commissioning, start-up, hand-over and project closure, including lessons learned
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks, resolving and escalating issues as appropriate
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and transparency
