Job Description
Join our Project Management team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, as a Senior Project Engineer specializing in petrochemicals. Lead the execution of complex capital projects, ensuring compliance and safety.
In this role, you will manage several project engineers and site superintendents, directing the execution of capital projects on time and within budget. Your expertise in engineering design, procurement, and construction in the petrochemical sector will guide the team throughout all project phases. You will also handle the business operations of your unit, including human resources, cost control, and manpower planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead capital project execution per scope and budget
• Provide technical oversight during all project phases
• Manage timely project issue resolution
• Prepare and review monthly project performance reports
• Oversee training paths for team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; advanced degree preferred
