We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in technical hard services and a sound knowledge of SFG20. This role will work closely with Backlog Project Managers, reactive and remedials teams to ensure backlog activities are completed to the required standards.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all quotations are progressed through the system to DWP for approval and completion, managing the process end to end.
Chase suppliers, engage with the FM team and support supplier payment through to completion.
Work closely with the finance and commercial teams to ensure all work orders are submitted through DWP for payment.
Ensure backlog supplier-submitted quotations are accurate, complete and approved.
Implement new PPM templates and ensure all completed Backlog PPMs are uploaded to the system with the correct documentation and information.
