Senior Project Controls Engineer

The Senior Project Controls Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing and managing project controls processes across the START Campus development portfolio.

This role provides strategic oversight of project planning, scheduling, cost management, risk management, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and aligned with business objectives.

The position will work closely with Design, Construction, Commissioning, Operations, Finance and Executive Leadership teams while managing external consultants, contractors and project controls partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of project controls standards, methodologies and governance processes.
• Drive consistency in reporting, forecasting and performance measurement.
• Develop and maintain project controls procedures, KPIs and management systems.
