POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead a high-visibility programme within the Store Operations space. This role will sit close to the business and will require someone who can engage confidently with the Head of Store Operations as the key business owner, while also working across other senior executives and impacted business areas. This is likely less of a purely technical PM role and more of a business-led transformation / operations delivery role, where the person needs to bring structure, control, stakeholder alignment and strong execution discipline.
