An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Senior Programme Coordinator to lead the delivery of Mencapβs Volunteer to Work programme, part of our Employ Me supported employment services.
This position is part time, 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and is home-based, with national travel. Until March 2027.
The successful candidate will provide operational leadership across Volunteer to Work contracts, managing and supporting a dispersed team of Employment Connection Agents and Caseworkers. You will ensure the programme is delivered in line with agreed delivery models, funding requirements and quality standards, while working closely with colleagues across Employ Me, Retail, Volunteering and Fundraising.
