Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee multiple streams of an HR-related transformation projects 

% remote in Canada, 1 year contract to start

Must haves:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Program Manager with a preference for someone who has experience from large-scale Human Resource/HRIS programs or enterprise transformation programs
  • Experience implementing HRIS enterprise systems and/or HR operations enterprise changes (operating model design, automation, and process simplification.)
  • Experience in program governance, risk management, executive level stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination within a corporate PMO or shared services environment
  •  Experience leading 4-6 Project Managers and their associated teams with 30+ people
