When senior leadership establishes high-level directives surrounding catastrophic wildfire risk reduction, grid resilience, climate adaptation, and customer affordability, this role is responsible for walking directly into that ambiguity. You will map out the end-to-end execution frameworks, resolve deep cross-organizational dependencies, enforce performance transparency, and build the consulting-style steering committee architectures required to scale pilot programs into sustained utility operations.
