The Ideal Candidate
- A seasoned program manager with 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale software or data platform programs in a consulting or professional services environment.
- A natural owner – someone who takes personal accountability for program outcomes and holds end-to-end responsibility for delivery, including full budget ownership and financial governance.
- Proactive and commercially minded, with a demonstrated track record of identifying risks before they materialise, driving decisions forward, and keeping complex, multi-workstream programs on time and on budget.
