Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Program Manager to lead a critical portfolio within our organization. This role will be responsible for the oversight and successful delivery of five key strategic projects, managing a team of five Project Managers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution capabilities, with a proven track record of driving results in complex, dynamic, and high‑accountability environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of a strategic portfolio of five key projects.
- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of five Project Managers, ensuring effective project execution and team performance.
- Ensure alignment of all projects within the portfolio with organizational strategic objectives and governance frameworks.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues impacting project delivery. <...
