Job Description
From program award until handover to production site, the program manager has the overall responsibility of the program in all aspects:
- Lead program team as functional manager, with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Meet financial targets (Operating Income, Cash, Internal Rate of Return, Upfront…)
- Plan and execute all activities which contribute to program success
- Anticipate and drive proper Risk Management
- Ensure compliance code of ethics and code of management and escalate non-compliance items according to guidelines
- Protect Faurecia interests and image
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Master's degree in engineering or in business administration
- Demonstrate product and process engineer experience
- Senior Program Manager: 6 years-experience as Advanced program manager managing complex projects
- Knowledge of quality tools.
