Machine Learning University (MLU) is leading internal education in Generative AI, Agentic AI and Responsible AI accelerating Amazon-wide AI transformation. We are seeking a process-driven, customer-obsessed owner of our global physical and remote classroom operations to continue to scale MLU's training while deepening our engagement with technical employees across the company. This role will work closely with MLU's customers, product managers, instructors and engineering teams to ensure delivery of high-quality training and educational events that drive AI transformation at Amazon.
MLU's Senior Program Manager, Operations is someone who excels at inventing and simplifying, an experienced operator who balances business objectives with resource constraints.
