Monitor production systems in Unix/Linux, Windows, Mainframe, and OpenShift Troubleshoot and swiftly resolve production incidents Support Stonebranch workflow automation and containerized apps Execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and data analysis Develop automation scripts using Shell Scripting and Python Requirements
8+ years of Production/Application Support experience Robust understanding of Unix/Linux Administration Knowledge of Mainframe operations and JCL Proficient in SQL, Shell Scripting, and Python Excellent analytical and communication skills Utilize your technical skills in an agile setting to safeguard production operations.
