Job Description
Responsibilities Production & Operations
- Lead and supervise daily production activities to achieve output, quality, and delivery targets.
- Monitor and improve productivity, OEE, cycle time, yield, scrap reduction, and labor efficiency.
- Coordinate production scheduling and manpower allocation across molding, debinding, sintering, machining, secondary processes, assembly, and packing.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensure production KPIs are tracked and reported accurately.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing efficiency, automation, workflow, and cost reduction.
- Improve production documentation, SOPs, WI, and process controls.
- Support digitalization and paperless manufacturing initiatives, including ERP/MES/shopfloor systems.
