Job Description
Responsibilities
- Review and abide by all Company policies in the latest revision of the Employee Handbook
- Support CM (Contract Manufacturer) to operate SMT/DIP equipment, troubleshoot PCBA production issues and implement corrective actions promptly
- Minimize downtime, optimize production parameters, and ensure continuous production improvement
- Support necessary documentation of processes, procedures, and work instructions to help CM comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate and cross‑function with related PCBA manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and quality assurance teams
- Apply lean production (e.g., M360, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) to help CM streamline workflows, reduce waste, and shorten production cycle times
- Analyze and optimize workstation layouts and designs to enhance production efficiency
