About The Role
The Production Assistant acts as the primary operational link between the Fan Zone Production Coordinator and the on‑site operational teams, including both internal staff and external suppliers. The role is responsible for leading on‑site execution, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring the smooth flow of attendees while making timely operational decisions to maintain safety, efficiency, and service quality throughout the Load‑In, Event Operations, and Load‑Out phases.
You will:
Supplier Management & Structural Installation (Load‑In / Load‑Out)
Oversee the installation and dismantling of temporary infrastructure, ensuring all structures are delivered in accordance with the approved site plans and operational requirements.
Supervise the installation of branding, signage, and creative elements, ensuring compliance with approved brand guidelines and quality standards.
