Supply Chain – Sustaining MOL
Job Description
- Product & Process Support: Provide Maintenance On-Line (MOL) product and process support to EMS and suppliers for current shipping products, such as Tetra and A&E.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams—including R&D PMO, Procurement, and Supply Planning—to drive and ensure products continuity of supply (COS).
- Project Support: Lead, manage, and drive end-to-end (E2E) technical solutions from conception to launch under MOL/Refresh/COS/Major PCN Redesign. That also includes corporate initiatives or crisis mitigation activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Sustain and enhance operations by driving continuous improvement in Cost (EDCR, Cycle Time/OBC, Automation, and Transformation), Quality (Yield), and Delivery (revenues and capacity).
