As the Senior Product Owner Salesforce, you will assume ownership for the development and strategic roadmap of the Salesforce platform by collaborating with a cross‑functional team to conceptualize, define, and implement the platform for the Commercial / Business Banking roadmap. You will oversee the rollout of an industry leading digital experience, engage stakeholders, incorporate feedback, prioritize key features, and partner with the Salesforce Vendor, other product managers, functional SMEs, bank stakeholders, software engineers, and designers to translate client journeys into actionable, prioritized backlog deliverables and follow through to delivery. You must build strong relationships with partners and lead large‑scale, multi‑faced programs while ensuring compliance with governing regulations and internal policies.
