Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a compelling and customer‑centric product strategy and vision.
- Be the voice of the customer and define user personas and customer journey map to identify customer pain points.
- Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on a deep understanding of customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features.
- Lead the entire product life cycle, from ideation through development, pricing, delivery, and support.
- Work with multiple engineering, sales channels, and partners.
