What's the role?

This role sits within the Personal Loans portfolio and is responsible for leading key areas of the product, partnerships and risk landscape. You will lead the end-to-end management of product features, pricing, strategic partnerships and portfolio performance, working across Product, Technology, Risk, Operations and external partners.

A key focus of the role is identifying, developing and optimising partnership opportunities that support customer growth, improve customer outcomes and deliver commercial value. You will work closely with existing and prospective partners to shape propositions, influence strategic priorities and ensure partnership initiatives are successfully delivered.
