Job Description
As the BOM Costing Leader , you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the team, as well as the optimization, support, and continuous improvement of our BOM Costing Process.
Team Management
- Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of 6 BOM analysts.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture based on trust, accountability, and continuous development.
- Provide approvals and remove blockers, as needed.
Process Automation
- Lead the adoption and integration of the Multi-Tier Cost Management (MTCM) system.
- Drive the automation of manual processes across the team’s scope.
- Collaborate with IT and Business Systems to define automated end-states.
- Oversee the implementation of tools to replace repetitive manual tasks, aiming for significant reduction in administrative burden.
