Senior Process Transformation Internal Control - Supply Chain Management

Job Description:

• Lead strategic transformation initiatives across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Distribution to drive operational excellence
• Identify and drive continuous improvements across end-to-end workflows — spanning production, procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics — with careful consideration of risk and the establishment of clear policies and standard operating procedures.
• Identify, Evaluate and implement automation solutions to improve process efficiency
• Define and track key performance metrics to enable data-driven decision-making and sustain a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
