Responsibilities:

.Fully responsible for all engineering topics related to processes at the Thailand plant. Define and implement process standards for new projects and localization. Develop and maintain PFMEA, work instructions, and layout management Tooling, Machine Design & Specification

Collaborate with BU Process Team to define specifications for new tooling and machines.

Lead machine design reviews and ensure compliance with technical requirements.

Conduct testing and trials to validate machine performance against specifications.

Process Development & Optimization

- Develop robust processes for new projects, localization, and product changes.

- Implement Lean principles and automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

- Analyze cycle time, ergonomics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
