Job Description
We are currently seeking a Hardware Power Electronics Engineer to join our development team and contribute to the expansion of our product offerings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong in IGBT, Silicon Carbide MOSFET, and GaN power conversion design.
Responsibilities
+ Develop next-generation power electronics for solar, energy storage, EV charging, and test applications using SiC and GaN MOSFETs.
+ Engage in the development of high-frequency bidirectional DC-DC converters, AC-DC grid-tie inverters, and resonant converters.
+ Lead the development process from concept to productization.
+ Create innovative digital control algorithms and magnetic components.
+ Collaborate closely with PCB layout designers to implement high-density power designs.
+ Work with mechanical designers to develop product designs, including sheet metal, heatsinks, and bus bars.
