We're looking for a Senior PolyGlot AI Engineer . Not someone who can recite architecture patterns from a conference talk. Someone who's lived through them.
You've seen microservices save a company and processed them into 47 services where three would have done the job. You've built distributed systems.
You've debugged production incidents.
You've deployed fixes while your coffee went cold.
And somewhere along the way, you've learned that every technical decision is a trade‑off.
You'll probably thrive here if you:
- Have 8 to 10+ years building and operating production backend systems
