Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior PMO Lead to drive day-to-day PMO governance, reporting, and operational coordination within program leadership. The role requires strong execution, stakeholder coordination, and governance discipline to ensure smooth delivery operations and adherence to organizational processes and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Governance & Coordination
- Execute tasks aligned with program leadership directives
- Act as a central coordination point between internal teams and customer stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to defined governance frameworks, reporting cadence, and delivery standards
2. Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to customer stakeholders
- Consolidate delivery updates, risks, issues, and progress tracking
