Job Description
Delivers routine and some non-routine platform work under moderate supervision, including minor enhancements to shared services, SDKs, or integration adapters. Troubleshoots standard issues across components using established playbooks, helping maintain reliability and backward compatibility. Monitors and analyzes platform API/SDK usage for a subsystem; proposes small improvements to observability and resilience. Updates migration notes and reference implementations within defined guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Software Development:
Deliver minor enhancements to shared services, integration adapters, or SDK surfaces within defined guardrails.
Apply compatibility/versioning rules during fixes and minor rollouts to protect downstream teams.
Propose small observability/resilience improvements based on API/SDK usage signals for a subsystem.
