Job Description
Walkersmith is seeking a Tech Lead to own the RCP Platform, working with the CTO to define architecture and deliver a modern, AI-enabled SaaS product. You will lead a cross-functional team, shape technical direction, and drive quality across development, data, and DevOps.
The role focuses on building from scratch on a modern stack, with strong collaboration with product and data teams, and hands-on ownership of architecture and delivery.
