Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive project schedules and budgets based on the project's scope and specifications.
- Analyze technical drawings and project requirements to provide accurate material take-offs and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to negotiate competitive pricing and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations from planned timelines, and provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
