Job Description

The Senior Planner (NPI) is responsible for planning and coordinating New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to support successful product launches from development through volume production. This role partners with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, procurement, and suppliers to ensure project schedules, material readiness, and production capacity are aligned to meet business and customer milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain NPI schedules and master plans across engineering, wafer fabrication, assembly & test, and supply chain activities.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, quality, procurement, operations, and suppliers, to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved on schedule.
