We are looking for a Senior Pilates Instructor to join our team!

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical assessments of new private and duet clients to identify weaknesses, imbalances and movement patterns for correction
• Tailor Pilates sessions to private and semi-private clients of all ages and conditions to help them achieve their health and fitness goals integrating the learnings from the initial physical assessments
• Safely and sustainably teach clients of all ages and rehabilitate those of special populations (including but not limited to Pre/Post-natal, post-surgery, post-injury, post-stroke, with Parkinsons, cancer, etc.) by selecting exercises that are both beneficial and appropriate as well as ensuring proper form throughout
• Motivate clients by helping them build up their health and fitness (including but not limited to strength, flexibility, mobility, balance) so that they can see/feel the difference, while also ...
