Role Summary

The Senior Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimising paid digital marketing campaigns to support lead generation and enrollment targets. The incumbent will work closely with the Digital Marketing Head and contribute to the overall marketing strategy of Lanstitut Calicut.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
• Drive quality lead generation aligned with student enrollment goals and monthly targets.
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns based on key metrics such as CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
