The Change Partners are working with a global leader in the home wellness and sleep technology sector. We are looking for an ambitious, pricing-first Senior Performance and Pricing Analyst to join their Category Performance, Pricing & Market Intelligence team in Lisbon
You will be the bridge between complex data and actionable strategy. Your mission is to provide the data, frameworks, and strategic insights that make better portfolio decisions possible across the full product lifecycle
Your Responsibilities:
- Category Performance Intelligence: Design and own global performance dashboards in partnership with BI teams, tracking revenue, margin, and NPS correlation by SKU and channel
- Pricing Architecture: Design and maintain global price ladders, pricing tiers, and trade-up logic to ensure portfolio coherence across all market clusters
