What you’ll do
Client Relationship management
- Build and maintain excellent relations with client contacts
- Ensure the team provides top-quality services to clients
- Provide relevant information to clients on administrative issues and legislative requirements
- Coordinate DB Admin related services including web tools and call centre services
- Understand the client's perspective and priorities, and collaborate to resolve administrative issues
- Participate in governance initiatives including service review meetings and reporting
- Facilitate communication between clients and our team
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients
- Manage Service Agreements by ensuring regular reviews and timely preparation of fee adjustments and renewals
