Senior Technical Leader (PCLSA)
Role: Senior technical leader responsible for overall architecture, design decisions, and best practices across large-scale Pega applications.
Responsibilities:
Define and govern the application architecture Lead technical teams and mentor other developers Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and performance standards Participate in decision‑making around integrations, data, and system scalabilityCertification: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA)
